Entry to the CrossFit Never Doubt Gymnastics Seminar:

• Saturday, January 13th, 10:30 a.m. to 1:00p.m.
• Suitable for all levels, beginner to veteran
• Focused on body control, pull-up and muscle-up variations
• Session will cover technique, practice, and individual feedback
• Participants will receive a bonus gymnastics strength plan, programmed to build the power necessary to achieve pull-ups, muscle-ups, and toe-to-bar
• $59 entry per person
